At HedgeApple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a smooth exchange or refund experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials and box to ensure it remains protected during transit; please include all hardware and instructional manuals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
